Smart-home features and systems are solidly on the radar of new home buyers and owners of homes under renovation, according to CEDIA’s annual “Size and Scope of the Residential Technology Systems Industry” survey, which pegs the value of the U.S. residential technology market at $19.5 billion, up from $18.9 billion in 2015.
